Tonya leads our team with 28 years of experience as a Human Resource Professional. She has demonstrated expertise in leadership and in providing innovative human capital management solutions; including strategic planning, policy and procedure administration, Recruiting & Staffing, HRIS Technologies, Performance Management, Payroll Management, Data Analysis, Organizational Design, Employee Relations, Immigration, and Project Management.
Tonya holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Dallas Baptist University. She is certified by the National Society of Human Resources and the HR Certification Institute, holding a PHR and SHRM-CP.
Managing Consultant
Nicole Jones is our Sr. Consultant that specializes in Employee Relations, Investigations, Performance Issues and Leadership Coaching. Nicole joins our team with over 20 years of Human Resource Experience working for companies such as i2 Technologies, Hotels.com, Fiserv and Hudson Advisors. She also spent time working in a PEO organization, TriNet, guiding over 50 clients in various Human Resources issues and project design. Most recently she completed a project with Raising Cane’s corporate team.
Nicole holds a degree from the University of Nebraska and is SPHR certified through the HR Certification Institute. In addition, Nicole is certified through the Birkman Institute which offers individual assessments that can be extremely helpful with targeted leadership coaching and team development

industries. Known for effectively managing cross-functional resources and aligning direction to ensure quality outcomes including the development of highly effective teams. improvement, talent acquisition and program development ensuring market competitiveness. Gayle holds a Bachelor's of Arts degree from the University of Kansas. Gayle is certified with a SPHR from the HR Certification Institute.
